Most likely it is Phal. aphrodite var. formosana. Below is a comparison of Phal. aphrodite and Phal. amabilis. The Phal. aphrodite has a wider lip and the callus has 6 points (4 on top and 2 bellow) whereas the Phal. amabilis has a narrow lip and 4 point callus (2 on top and below). Both of this species are found in the Philippines. Phal. aphordite is found almost all over the Philippines and Phal. amabilis is mostly in the south. I hope this helps.
