As promised, here are some pics of my newly acquired Cyp. reginae. It came from Roberts for a great price and is growing well. As mentioned in a previous thread, this plant reacts with my skin like poison ivy...but apparently after studying some more, only a small percentage of people get a rash from it. Lucky me, but of all the things I could be allergic too, this makes the most sense in a funny way. It is also a whitefly magnet, but nothing a spray of water everyday can't control. Enjoy.

Very similar to some of the smaller phrags... Very nice, Heather you could use some of these to protect your 'chids from the kids. Have each one of them rub it on their faces  !!!!

Very pretty! That species always remind me of Phrag Cardinale.

It's in the same conainer Robert's sold it in. It is a coconut fiber pot, and most of his smaller stuff comes in peat pots. He sells them in these so you can plant the pot in the ground, then dig it up in the winter to put it in the fridge.

Nice plant! I like the pink dots on the outside of the slipper. Some of the nice Ula Silkens hybrids (a reginae hybrid) do that - they are my favorites!
