I want to order some Phrags, but don't know what to get. My options are:

Phrag Dominianum...I like this one
Phrag Grande...already ordered
Phrag St Ouen (besseae 'flavum' x Hanna Popow)
Phrag Olaf Gruss (besseae 'flavum' x pearcei)
Phrag. Calurum

I am looking for something that is easy to care for and has nice flowers

Phrags tend to be a little bit easier to grow than paphs. I really like the the looks of St. Ouen. Grande of course! Good luck wish I could order some of them!

They are not only easier to grow than Paphs, they also grow so much faster than Paphs!

Seriously, since you already ordered the Grande, my favorite of the bunch is St. Ouen.

I just got Phrag Living Fire ( Sorcerers Apprentice x Besseae ). Very nice flowers and easy to care for. I got it from Piping Rock.

you are asking the wrong crowd, you may need 2 of each :shock: :lol:

I agree with the Bear...though two of each may not cover all the pastel varieties, so maybe three of each might.

Ok, you guys convinced me, I'll order the lot. I have not flowered any of my Phrags yet, but they are still pretty small.
