they are the fist to bloom in my garden as well but we need to get rid of the snow first

here in central ohio my crocuses have bloomed already and many tulips and daffodils and such are out of the ground now. I planted some scilla last year too but they haven't bloomed yet. I am most looking forward to the bearded irises--iris is my favorite!

Its maybe a week ahead.This winter was VERY VERY mild untill mid jan than we got it bad. Temps around zero for a few weeks and snow/wind.My southern magnolia had perfect evergreen leaves untill almost Feb now they are very wind burned as are a few of my rhodo's. Last nights low was 60 normal is 40's. Hostas are starting to pop! I sure hope they dont get frost. I feel for ya i was sooooo over winter.
