Here are some photos from yesterdays setup...it took place at Franklin Park Conservatory in Columus, OH. If you ever have the chance to visit it, I strongly reccomend it as it is on par with some of the best in the US IMHO.

J&L Orchids was there and I finally bought the orchid I have looked for during the last 7 years...Dresslerella pilosissima. I also bought a Cyp. reginae in spike from Roberts Flower Supply and will start a progress thread on it later in the week. When I go back tomorrow I am planning on finally getting an alba Paph. philippinense from Orchid Inn and a few others I regret not buying yesterday. Well enough about that, heres the photos...part one if I remember my camera tomorrow.

Jon,
Wonderful photos!
Who's dallesandroi is that? Just curious...on my mind lately...

SO, You've had a fun couple weeks, haven't you? Lucky guy!
So...is that phil. album the one that you thought about last week?A guy after my own heart! Go back tomorrow. It will be worth it, you know - and be sure to remember that camera in your impulsive rush out the door, okay?

The d'allesandroi actually belonged to Roberts Flower Supply...but it wasn't for sale. And yah the philippinense is the same...only now it has four very nicely shaped flowers on it, and I have more spending moneys available for plants after a very hectic week.

As for the phalaenopsis...it's a copper statue donated to the conservatory. It truely looks real in person. Until tomorrow night...

BTW Steve, I have a Paph. Gemstone's Randchild 'Lois Cox' AM/AOS that is just starting to bloom and will send you pollen in a manilla heavy-duty envelope when they are fully open. If you know a better way to send them please let me know.
