I've had an opportunity to buy the occasional plant from Puerto Rico and recently, an opportunity to buy a flask from Malaysia. I've absolutely no experience in I guess they are called CITES and Phyto permits and I don't live near ports of entry.

The Puerto Rican seller denied there being an issue since they're a territory and I've read elsewhere that flasked items aren't usually an issue.

Any advice?

I have never imported any plants but I have also heard that flasks aren't an issue. :confused: Good luck!

What kind of plants from Malaysia? Puerto Rico is not a problem at all. Flasks are usually from what I have been told pretty quickly expedited.
