my little bulbo also booming last month.. only one flower after the long waiting.. look like my environment doesn't so fit with their booming criteria well enough.. :?

Still, a neat bloom, Picsri - very insect like!

One is better than none! I like it! My environment is not so good for them either. My small bulb phaleonopsis kicked the bucket. I think my humidity got too low over winter, and I didn't keep it wet enough.

Yes, very neat looking flower, almost alien like!

I wouldn't be to disappointed Picsri. Once you get the first bloom on a bulbo it may start a bunch more within the next month if its got plenty of divisions.

lasiochilum is not a very big flower, but it is nicely colored and unusual to look at. There is also another color variety with purple dorsal sepal and petals.

that is a weird looking flower, but that is why I'm starting to really like bulbo's

thanks for the nice comments.. I do hope to see more flowers as well. I don't have the one with purple dorsal sepal yet but I did saw some from my colleagues.
