With Ron's help and culture tips, I bought three cyp pubescens seedlings in mid-April. Here is the first to bloom 3 weeks and 3 days from planting. These three seedlings are on the east side of the house at the head of the driveway. I just returned from a business trip and pulled up at night and something yellow caught my eye! I didn't even know this plant was in bud! My three seedlings are each planted in 8" pots. Looking for more buds next spring!

The other two plants are doing very well. I don't know if they will bloom or not. I'm ready to try other cyps in the fall now!!!
