My mother in law lives in florida. We bought a Sharry baby in March. She has it in the house. Can it be brought outside and up to what temp. can it stand.

She can grow her Sharry Baby outdoors in south Florida all year long. It will be a lot happier with all that humidity, light and warm temps outside.

Should it be kept in shade or morning sun?

Morning sun, late afternoon sun and bright bright shade should be fine. I have seen HUGE specimen sized Sharry Babies in south Florida in bloom and they were all spectacular with hundreds of fragrant flowers and some plants were even mounted onto trees.

Last year when mine was outside (I give it pretty full afternoon north-western sun all summer long) it bloomed and attracted hummingbirds!
