Just got another cross back from the flasker: Paph (William Stirling 'West Point' x Paeony 'Regency' AM/AOS)
Here's the capsule parent, Wm. Stirling, which has a leaf span of about 8 inches.

And here's the pollen parent, Paeony 'Regency'. The hope is to keep the Wm Stirling's small size while adding the fuller petals of Paeony.

Looks neat Ross. Did you do the cross just one way or did you do a reciporical cross to maximize the chance to maintain the small size?

Hi Ross,
Hope you won't mind this msg, but I have been looking for William Stirling for about 4 years (due to high % of fairrieanum in background). If you ever decide to divide, I am very interested - buy or trade.
My paph list is not ready for posting, but I have approx. 175 hybrids, incl. about 30 awarded clones. Most of my hybrids are complex, with a sprinkling of antiques (Astarte, Niobe, Corsair, etc.) & speciesXcomplex with fairrieanum, spicerianum or charlesworthii. Add about a dozen species and a score Phrags.

Kim
