what are the minimum temps for phrags.

For my Phrags, I drop the temps as low as 55 in the winter and they do just fine.

The best growers in Australia tend to be in Victoria/South Australia - no special heating required :) Yours should do fine - avoid direct exposure to our Summer sun.
