This has been growing in my vegetable garden. I let it grow to see what it is. It just flowered. Anyone know? Close up of the flower and a full shot of the plant.

I have no idea what it is but the flower is pretty, reminds me of a Morning Glory flower. Could it be some kind of a squash or cuccumber plant?

Peter,
I don't think it is anykind of vegetable or fruit. It actually appears to look like an Angel Trumpet. However, I am not sure. I saw one when I was a child and it looked a lot like this; except it was pure white. They were growing in many unwanted places where I lived. I remember my Dad calling them weeds.
The flower does look like a Morning Glory. However, Morning Glorys are a vine. Those I've grown before.
Thanks

Yeah, it looks like Datura. DONT EAT IT!!!!
It makes you get really insane for days. Here in NS, it has to be destroyed by law. It is on out noxious weeds list.
I still think it is really pretty though. I wanted to grow some but I was afraid my dog would eat it. You should wait for it to go to fruit. It gets really neat capsules.

The plant underneath looks like poison ivy. Be careful!

Thanks James!
That is right! I did a further followup! It is also called Jimson Week or Angel's Trumpet.
I will definitely get rid of it!

Also called thorn apple because of the cool capsule it makes.
