I have already posted photos of my double flowered 'Ulla' but this single stemmed plant made a much prettier flower. I love the coloration and composition of it. By the way, it's been pouring since Thursday so expect more wet look photos!

Cypripedium parviflorum var. makasin is quite sweet smelling. I'm sure there are other fragrant ones, I just don't know any more off the top of my head.

Yes, various cyps. do have a nice frangrance. Parviflorum has a rose like scent and I noticed that my x-andrewsii and favillianum had a scent.
However, they won't ever compete with a gardenia!
