click on photo to enlarge. I should have put somthing in front of this for size this has become a monster. I have a few other big hosta's but they don't come close to this. I'm always on the lookout for giant Hosta's

I love these guys, but my clump still has a couple years before it looks that lush. There is also a variegated sport of Sum and Substance called Titanic...definitely worth finding!

I have a giant call Big Daddy that should be comming to a mature size this year. I hope so my wife keeps laughing at me when I call it mister big oh that's what I meant to say Mister Big It has been smaller than sum and substance so she keeps ribbing me but I think this is the year for it to shine.

Nice plants. Yes Titanic is very lovely too, love the varigation on the leaf. Do you also have any of the giant blue leaf types. Here's a few pictures from my place:

I have Blue Angel which gets big and I love Sagee Hosta can be just as addicting as Orchids.I had been very lucky that the deer never bothered mine but last summer they must have changed thier diet because many of them were eaten
