Awhile back, someone mentioned volunteering at orchid show set ups to get a peek at the good stuff coming in.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know if you do do this by contacting the show organizers or a vendor?

Hi Marcus, I think the best way is to contact the show orgainzers. Once your are in then you may be able to help vendors cart thier wares in. I know that in our society we always help the vendors get thier plants and anything else they need in to the show with carts and have been told by most of them how much they appreciate it because most shows don't help the vendors at all except shoe them to trhier sales area. You could also contact a local Society and let them know you would like to help. They always need clerks for judging also. Hope this helps Ray
