Hi Guys,
this is Gisela - a small flower but a great colour.
I bought this in flower last year but it didn't like the organic mix that it was growing in. I didn't like to repot it whilst it was in full growth so waited until the autumn.
It went into my normal inorganic mix.
This year its thrown up 2 shoots, one with a flower and I'm pleased.
I chose this one as it seemed to be a deeper colour than some of the other clones, and I love the veining on the lip
Regards,
David

Nice, David! I like all the shades of pink it's got going on there. What are you using in your inorganic mix?

EDIT: No need to answer that question. I just read your description on the post of your Sunny.

Wow, that one is richly colored - lovely! It reminds me more of some x ventricosum types.

A very nice Gisela! Nice bright coloration. This is a flower that unlike most Cyps can vary enormously in color each year. I have one that is quite red-purple with white most years but some years red-purple with yellow. It is quite striking then (but a favorite with everyone every year!).
