I blame Teresa! After posting all those beautiful pics, I couldn't help myself when I saw them for sale at our local Arboretum's spring sale. They were setting up their sales table during our local orchid society meeting the night before, so I had practically first choice of plants...now to find some ferns...

Nice one, Jon! If you ever find yourself in the Columbus OH area, you should visit their botanic gardens; they have some really beautiful bonsai. One spring when I visited, they were also having an informal orchid show, which was a nice bonus :)

Hey Matt,
We have a show we do there every year, and I do indeed drool over their bonsai collection. That whole place is really impressive, wish I got up there more than just for shows. It was really cool a couple years ago when they had the Chihuly glass going on at the same time, but they still have some pieces that were donated around the conservatory.

Chihuly's been at Fairchild Tropical Garden in Miami the last 6 months or so. It was pretty cool to have their annual orchid show mixed in with the exhibit.
