That Begonia is actually a Bouganvillea (sp?) isn't it? I used to see them everywhere when I lived in South Florida and boy aren't they wickedly so thorny?

That does look like Bouganvillea. I never knew it was thorny but it is all over the Caribbean, I love it! There is a Paph or Phrag bouganvillana, but I don't recall what it looks like. Named after the same guy though.

I'm so sorry...I do know it is a bouganvilla. I was in a hurry when I posted because hubby was throwing me off the computer so he could do our taxes. :rolleyes: I actually have several bouganvilla, and no begonias. This one I think is called California Gold and I have posted it before...as a bouganvilla. Blonde moment!
