Hi all. Here is a photo of my Phragmidpedium Nitidissimum 'Neville' Fcc/Aos, from our display at the Smokey Mountain Orchid Society show in Knoxville last weekend. There were three mature inflorescences carrying eight flowers and eight buds, and there are four more immature inflorescences coming up.[/img]

Good to see you on the site Ed. Neville has some awsome red highlights in those flowers.

Always meant to ask... does Epi. radicans also count as an orchid you've met that you liked?

Of course I like Epi. radicans...except in my case I discovered it wasn't freeze hardy. My large plant had always refused to bloom so I left it outside for the winter. It actually was fine down to about 18°F, then it turned a funny brown color and was never quite the same after that. :-dance:

BTW, my pearcei is starting to bloom and the Mexipedium spike is getting longer.
