So the bad news....I as helping out one of our local vendors at his sales table for the afternoon. His wife and i were pretty busy with customers so when we got a lull in the traffic I went out to make a phone call. (3:10pm) When I went back to the table I put my purse under the table (surrounded top to floor with black curtains and with boxes etc underneath) and continued with customers. I went to get something from my purse about 1/2 an hour later and it as gone! So then I went out to the security desk and found out that two older ladies had turned in my purse at 3:30pm...they found it in the ladies washroom. Whoever took it stole my Visa, change purse, money and my digital camera. They (the pig(s) who stole it)were 'kind enough' to leave my cell phone and ALL my ID. Oh and they took the cheques I had from my clients. (hadn't been to the bank yet) I thought they had also taken my truck keys as i ALWAYS keep my keys in my purse...I found my keys in my jeans pcket a couple hours later. Talk about relief there....not only were they truck keys but there were our house keys as well. Anyways, Hubby called and cancelled the VISA (they told us there was no action on it as of yet) and I asked all my clients to put a stop on the cheques when I got home. The camera will be covered by insurance we think and i hope they choke on the change purse. Stuff like this really shows you how low humans can stoop. By the way, when they checked the sale table there were marks from where somebody had put their foot way under the curtain to drag the purse out...they would have had to be talking to us at the same time they were stealing my purse.
Again, I hope they choke.
