In light of recent discussions here, I took a look at photos of this plant when I purchased it and took new ones today. I think the new growth is just about mature enough to do something soon. We'll see!
Anyway, quite a difference!

This is Phrag. Penn's Creek Cascade (Grande 4N 'Gigantea' x wallisii).

July '04 (I can't even see the new growth!)

April '05 (new growth is the front one, funny how they sneak up on ya!)

It is actually a pretty plant but anything with longi in it, will definitely get very big in no time!

Well, yeah, it is a pretty plant, actually!
I'm afraid I bought it during my "I don't like wallisii" phase, during which I'd never seen anything in person. After which, I promptly went and bought *all* the long petaled Phrag. species. I think the 4N comes through nicely. The plant is gorgeous, *actually* I didn't really realize how so until I got it out and photographed it and compared it to last year. I will bloom it again, before I decide what to do with it.
