I have only had this a month....I might have fertilized it once/Dyna Grow...could have been something where it came from....Fla.

i've seen pink root tips on some restrepia, but, um, well, i ain't got no idea 'bout this

This is just red pigmentation the same you find in the leaves its called anthocyanine

Its pretty normal in some phals.

I can see a couple of aerial roots and they are normal looking. Keep in mind that phals are normally epyphytic and potted roots will look very different from normal roots too.
