A friend of mine has just gotten a number of paph brachy and parvy flasks from someone to resell. I'm sure they were sold to him at a discount do to the size of the seedling in the flask. They are only 1/2 inch to 1 inch in size. I would think they need to be a min. of 1 inch and would hope for many of them to be 1 and a 1/2". And, yes they need to come out of the flask as their isn't enough growing media left in the flask. My question is can they be reflasked to grow on? And, if so how or where does one go about having this done. They way they are, even at a discount I wouldn' want these flasks. So, what to do?

Bob,

It sounds to me like the best solution at this point is to treat it as a mother flask and have them replated.
I have a couple of people who flask for me locally, but they are not commercial. The closest operation that has a lab that I am aware of is Mt Orchids in Ludlow, VT and I think AnTec in Candor NY.

I'll try to come up with another solution after dinner. Gotta go...
