This just opened.I've had this plant for a long time.It has a shorter stem than malipoense no doubt due to the bellatulum influence .It does have to be supported as the bloom is just too heavy to keep upright. I do like it tho'.

Thanks, Jane! I would think it would be fragrant since the mailpoense parent is highly fragrant. Try sniffing the flower at different times.

Oh yeah...Ma Belle! I have heard of it before! In fact, I have one!!! WOW, what diversity in a cross. If you Google "paph ma belle" you'll get a couple of pages of them! Here's mine for an example. I think I like Jane's better. The bellatulum parent has more of a presence. Mine looks like a malipoense knockoff... :(

I like this one also I too have one that flowered it only had one growth so I will have to wait awhile to see it again but yours looks better than my cross they are so different. I would probably buy another should I see one in bud at the upcomming shows.
