I earn my space in the greenhouses by helping when I can. I am going to help Glen tomorrow unpack 15 boxes of slippers coming in from his Hawaiian grower. He has already tourtured me in letting me know that there will be a whole box of multiflorals :shock: . Now how am I going to be able to keep some self control. I already added a multi-growth, spiking, Paph Mount Toro to my collection this week and a spiking Phrag caudatum.

My palms are already itching for a few more plants. Boy is this a sick addiction or what :poke:

I know the feeling well. Working in a greenhouse part-time, it is very difficult to keep my appetite under control!

It is definitely hard to fight the need/ want urge when surrounded by so many wonderful plants. I guess I have gotten used to having so many plants that I want, I have been working at the same greenhouse for over two years, I consider most, if not all of the plants in the 3 greenhouses, mine(not really but...). I don't want to grow them all, I like to see the thousands of different generas. My boss' bulbo collection is ginormous! His multifloral paph collection is humongous, tons of catts, phals, lycastes, etc... He doesn't have any fairrieanums though so I am safe. He has given me so many plants for just being there and working. Things I couldn't definitely grow at home. \

I know the feeling real well....When I worked part-time at a cigar shop, I spent most of my check on cigars and accessories.
