Does anyone know if there is a natural hybrid named P. x stenophyllum that actually occurs in nature? P. Stenophyllum is listed as caricinum x schlimmi. Karasawa (1980) says that P. x stenophyllum is a natural hybrid between P. schlimii and P. hartwegii (or another 2n=20 phrag). Is all of this just a question over an artificial hybrid or is there actually a naturally existing version?
