Hi, I'm new to this forum but not to orchids or plants in general, It's been a while since I did any tissue culture but I still have a laminar hood and full lab setup, plus 50,000+ sq ft of greenhouse space and around 10,000 species and cultivars of rare plants.
Media and techniques have evolved considerably since I last cultured anything
I believe that the open publication of seed germination techniques will take some of the collecting pressure off native species. If you agree please post details of seed media. I have and can tweak existing media but prefer not to spend time reinventing the wheel. Any help would be appreciated.
I am currently growing calceolus, parviflorum, kentuckyense, candidum, andrewsii, reginae, acaule, and several hybrids oops forgot ram's head and a
number of other hardy orchids, bletilla, cymbidium goringii, calanthe etc.
