Hi. I joined some time ago, but have spent my visits reading up on cyps instead of posting. Thank you for all your experiences and information!
I grew up where montanums grow wild and miss them, so I decided to grow cyps in my garden. I did lots of reading and bought my first cyps last year (reginae and kentuckiense). They did fine this summer and I watched the poor plants nervously all winter, hoping I didn't kill them with my inexperience.
I'm in the pacific NW where winter is over and everything has started to grow. The cyps also seem to be waking up, so I think they have made it through their first winter under my 'care'. . . hopefully. Maybe. :fcrossed:
Thanks for sharing your knowlege with newbies like me!
