Congrats! I can't wait to see pics. I know the feeling. I have had nothing new bloom for months, and the things I do have blooming are old and on their way out. That's why I was so excited about my blooming Salvadore Dali, and now I have 3 more paphs in sheath or bud coming along plus a few catts in sheath/bud too :-dance:

Congratulations! Exciting, isn't it!

Except for a Masd that never stops blooming, a Phrag in bloom and a couple Paphs with buds I think I've got nothing going on. :? I've resorted to outlining growing root tips on the pot with a marker and dating the marks. At least I can enjoy the thrill of root growth on a few plants. woo. Who knew transparent pots could be so fun.

Hey Ron looks like you've done some good growing now time for the rewards. I bummed out this afternoon I was working with my echinolabium trying to just lift the flower so it would present better in our show and you gussed it the flower came off the plant pretty easily. The next flower on the spike won't be ready so scratch one Bulbo. I do have a Doris Dukes with about eight spikes just came into bloom i could enter I was all pre registered too . You must see plenty of eye candy over at Glenn's.Wish there was a greenhouse around here to hang at. later Ray

This is indeed the most exciting time of year, also the most nerve racking, trying to make sure all the plants stay "evenly moist" as the buds develop. :Shh:
