Here is a nice example of a first bloom Don Wimber that opened up a few days ago.
It was registered in 1995 by the Eric Young Foundation and is a cross of Phrag. Eric Young x Phrag. besseae.
It is a delightful plant that does not seem at all picky and is very tolerant of a wide range of conditions.
When it is happy, it breaks multiple growths freely and is quite vigorous.

This one's quite nice too - Looks to be more open and flat than the previous one.

Cheers

Very very nice.
Almost like a besseae on steriods.

Thanks for all the positive comments! They are greatly appreciated.

WOW, I just took a measurement and it is a full 11cm natural spread. Not too bad for a first bloom seedling.
Now all I have to do is grow it up and put 3 or more spikes on it.
