This is a cross between haynaldianum and delenatii. I won this at the raffle table a while back. The pouch and sepal are abit askew. I do however really like the green on white of this flower!

Hey Tadd, is the haynaldianum the album variety? Just curious - it is really quite green and white. Interesting and thanks for posting!

Yes Heather it is haynaldianum alba used in this cross. Good observation!
