I think N. khasiana is very easy to grow in Taiwan.....Though it is a highlander, it can grow very fast in hot season.

Very cool! I love pitchers! I nave a Nep. Ventrata I got from Lowe's that has tripled in size in a matter of months. I'm not really sure what to do with it as far as repotting or rooting new plants, so I am just letting it grow!

Hi all,
Nepenthes khasiana was one of my first nepenthes about 30 years ago. I have one now in the greenhouse that is about 4ft. high. They like cool nights and warm days. I grow mine as an intermediate. Acid media and open drainage for this puppy !
I think they are native to Assam India.

Hi Carl!
Would love to see your 4 ft nepenthes! Do post a picture please.
What's the compost you use for growing?
BTW Khasi Hills was originally a part of Assam but now falls under the State of Meghalaya.

Nepenthes grow well in sphag moss.
They don't tend to form pitchers unless u have a very high humidity.
cheers,

I also have to add that N. Khasiana is one the easiest Nepenthes to grow.
