Love them. I like the yellow and blue-violet combinations Like green smoke. I use to breed tropical waterlilies in the Philippines. I miss growing them.

I built it so that it would be lower maitenance. It took just about a year from start to finish, but I dug the whole 10 x 10 x 4 hole by hand. There are ways that you could make it even more low maitenance, but I am fine with the amount necessary. Basically, you have to clean it out every fall or spring, and as the season progresses you just have to feed your fish and occasionally add water. I will get some fish pictures when I get them bowled.

do your fish go inside for the winter? down here in central ohio my friends let them overwinter at the bottom of the pond...and it gets fairly cold here.
