This is a hybrid between bellatulum and godefroyae (leucochilum). I love the spots in this one.

Very nice, David, thanks for posting. I really like the green staminoid! Also nice to see something else w/ leucochilum's influence.

Nice plant, David! S Gratrix is one of my favorite Brachy hybrids. I've bought three and there's not a single dog in the lot.

Paphreek - does your plants tend to have more blotching on the petals. I have seen many S Gratrix where rather than spots (like mine), the petals and dorsal have large blotching of brown/red markings.

The one that's currently open is spotted, but the spotting is not as fine as the spotting on yours. I'll post a picture once I figure out how.

I'm not usually attracted to this type of flower, but I do like the subtle green and the pouch without spots seems to really stand out.

I'm a big fan of S Gratrix and Greyi! I see they are being used quite a bit in several breeding programs these days!

I've got a white complex X S Gratrix maturing in the pod. I am looking to do more with the one I have in bloom, now. Any Suggestions? I'm considering crossing it with fairrieanum.

I think a parvi cross with delenatii, armen, or micranthum would be interesting! Maybe they would impart some color yet keep the plant compact.
Good luck and have fun!
