Just to let you know that Kawamoto on Oahu have quite a few available ($75 up to $250, http://www.kawamotoorchids.com/). I have just returned from Honolulu and I saw them--some nice blooming-size plants. It is a terrible stinker and not very beautiful either in a gory sort of way, but some people have been desperately looking for one. Have at it, guys, and don't forget the breathing mask. The stench is truly horrible.

These days Bulbophyllum phalaenopsis and its allies are quite easy available at least in Europe.
THere has been several importations from Indonesia last year and in northern Europe (Denmark) the H. Christiansen nursery has loads of them
