I think this guy is just taunting me. I bought him from Dennis on July 23, in bud. It seems to grow, a tiny bit, but I think it enjoys just taunting me with it's bud.

How long do these take to open after they set bud. I'm getting anxious to see the bloom.

Nice looking dalle!

I think it has a little while to go yet, but it will be worth it, I'm sure!
Is this the first bloom for it?

Dear Grandma,
the plant looks really very healthy. But you need some more weeks before the flowers are open. But when your culture is going on so well, the you will have plants like these which I have shown in another thread about this species

Best greetings and be careful, this species is really rare

Grandma,

I hope to see this with many blooms. The plant is very nice. As phrag guy noted, I bet that it needs a bit more light. However, I am by no means an expert. Anyone else have a thought?
