I have several parvi paph species and hybrids. I grow under 4 40w tubes, alternating cool and warm. My light meter says it is only 700-800 fc. However I think it may be to much light. They have good roots but some of the new leaves are coming out smaller than the last. Also their leaf color is getting lighter especially around the edges. The lights are about 8" above the tops of most of them. I would appreciate any input. THanks.

Mine are anywheres from 8" to 12" above the paphs, however they are at the ends where there is less light. Light meters are good, but plant observation will be your best measure.
