Welcome, Teresa! Did you acquire the wardii and or callosum via Troy Meyers by chance?
These enablers may be right, but you CAN grow your plants fast and your collection slow. :poke:

Thanks for the warm welcome! Yes I am quickly getting sucked in to the very cool world of slippers. Shady: I did get the wardii and the callosum from Troy Myers, along with many other very cool seedlings. He has great stuff. I have about 40 other orchids along with my slippers, but recently I have been giving some of those plants away to friends and family to make room for more paphs and phrags! They just have such...personality!

Oh, yeah. We're going to get along just fine. :D

I thought I remembered seeing those Paphs on Troys' seedlings list. I hope they grow well and bloom their fool heads off for you. 8)

Welcome, Teresa! I no longer count my Paphs and Phrags. I estimate that I currently have 150 square feet of slipper orchids.

I wish I was more of a teenager. The "stuff" I could do with a varietal name like 'Fartisorous Jack'

I wonder if it was a real person - hmmmmmm
