can someone tell me the proper dillution for phsysan for a liter dilution. the bottle only gives you a 22 gallon dillution.
i think my p. raisinpie has a fungus, it is blooming/ throwing 2 spikes. but recently this healthy 4 growth plant has lost its leaf vigor/ lower leaves are limp and the and not unfolded all the way the oldest leaves are a strange yellow green brown dieing; but the top of the plant seems ok maybe a little soft. the 2 spikes are great. anyway i want to treat with physan. or if anybody has any other ideas or treatment regimen please help

What are the roots like? The lower old leaves die naturally and not a big concern. I have never used physan so can't really give you any suggestions there. Any pic to show us what the plant looks like?

roots are fine i reppoted 4 weeks ago. at witch time the roots and the plant was great. it just started going limp recently, some of the yellowing i think on the lower leaves is being spead along by the limp thing.
btw purchased plant about a 8 weeks ago. it need to be ropotted. at reppoting i changed to a coconut husk mix. the prior bark mix was comptletly deteriorated at roppoting. there was almost no media left. but had good roots.

It could also be a reaction to salts or hormones in the coconute. I have used coconut husk chips before with very good results, but i have heard of some experiences of plants turning yellow/chlorotic if they have a bad reaction to it.

I have also heard the same thing and that could be the problem.

In answer to the first question for the Physan directions
Physan 20 for adult orchids anytime when disease other than rot is present 2 teaspoos per gallon
crown rot in Phals spray weekly with 1 teaspoon per gallon
When dividing or for rots such as erwinia use 1 tablespoon per gallon - dividing soak plants 2-5 minutes
for rots remove all damaged tissue and soak for 10 minutes.
