I found aphids on one of my plants. how do I safely remove them without using harmful chemicals? Thanks for any advise.

Take the whole plant to the sink and just spray them off with water and make sure they all have fallen off into the sink and drowned. As a precaution check the nearby plants to see if there are any aphids on them.
