I believe Fraser's Thimble Farm has them... You would have to check their webpage though.

Currently only Spangle creek has plants and they are seedlings. Ron Burch is another source to look to in the coming years. I know he has a number of them from various regions, but they are all young still. He loves this species so he will no doubt be growing and possibly selling a wide variety in the coming years.

Fraser's does have them, Thanks.

Has anyone imported plants before. Fraser's want a Social Security # for clearing customs. Is this how the process works?

Gary-

First, I am assuming that you are looking for Paph micranthum- This is a relatively easy species to find, it can be a bit expensive for a good one, but it is worth it. Also, before buying, it is advisable to ensure that you have the right conditions to grow it- It seems to like very bright light but cooler temperatures, which sometimes can be a bit hard to provide.

Most of the growers that specialize in Paph species should have this-I would check with the sponsors of this group- at least one of them will have it-

Thanks for the info on Paph micranthum, but I am looking for Cypripedium macranthos. It's not mistakenly posted in the wrong forum.

Gary, I wouldn't feel secure giving them an SS#. Maybe you should check out Ron Burch (www.gardensatposthill.com (http://www.gardensatposthill.com)) or Spangle Creek Labs(www.spanglecreeklabs.com (http://www.spanglecreeklabs.com)).

There seems to be plants at this place. They sell plants from spangle creeks but spangle creeks seem to be out of seedlings this year
