Yip yip! I'm so excited. Right on schedule! I love this plant, but it is huge and takes up a lot of space - big footprint, and I have to put it on a tower or it wrestles w/ everything around it. I've been threatening it lately.

Now if only the lindenii and warsce would get a clue and catch on I'd be sooooo happy.

Stephan - Actually, I do have a secret!
I didn't repot it when it finished blooming last summer. I bought it in bloom, and in a mix that I was told would not degrade rapidly - (which I now use, as well!) Also, it is in the type of pot I like. So I decided to experiment and not repot. Lots of algae growth - and I will repot after this year's blooming. But, I think I am going to continue to use it as an experiment and pot in S/H.

Other than that? It's just a weed.

Horray!! I've seen photos of this flower and "had" to have one, but mine has a way to go yet.

I've never seen this plant yet, so I really interested its progress.
