I have a Cypripedium Reginae growing in my garden in Ontario, Canada and would appreciate any help on dividing it.

Welcome! To divide it I'm assuming one would have to dig up the whole plant and physically separate the plant by hand or with some kind of sharp tool. Why do you feel the need to divide it?

How big is your plant? If it is under 10 growths I would recommend not dividing it unless your giving a piece away. Check out this link (http://www.cypripedium.de/forum/messages/2555.html) to see how to divide Cyps the correct way. Good luck.

Welcome to the site! I would also steer clear of dividing it, and just leave it be.

Hello Tom
I followed your link and others and did divide my c reginae last fall. It had a beautiful root system, and I gave one section to the person who gave it to me and one to my son. Now I am waiting to see it this spring, although we just had more snow this morning!
