I put this pic in to ask for some help on getting it to flower. Its a Phrag Grande 'Attratum'.
It have 5 new flowering size growths, 5 flowered or unflowered older growths and 6 new starts. It hasn't flowered for 2 years. Its now getting more light than it did before and the growth I have put on it since I bought it have doubled in size. The leaf span on the these growths are around the 2 foot or more.

That is such a healthy looking large plant! Now that you have increased the light level then it may spike for you. Usually mature plants like that throw spikes when more light is given to the plant.

Have you stopped fertilizing it and let it get a little bit drier between waterings? This might be the key to getting it to bloom.
