Very nice Jane. I have been thinking about getting one. How big is it? And how is the fragrance? Is yours potted or in a basket?
Thanks,

No fragrance :( but the colour helps to make up for that. This one is potted --my others bluebird & lea are in baskets.

It is BLUE Stan.
(It is purple, but I think it is a faux pas in the orchid world to say that. So, say "nice coerulea you have there Jane!")

:D

Now this 'old lady' is getting testy :poke: This plant is the same colour-BLUE as the dark blue hydrangeas you see in the summer --so there!!
If you all want to drive here while it is still in bloom to check it out --I'll serve coffee & cake-other libation if preferred plus a healthy serving of crow. :)

Rick & Marcus.I just went out to check for you rather than guess.I got this last year & it is 6" high.My other Lou Snearys that I've had for years are 8".They all throw growths off the side so I have a few fans.

lovely ! I really like this cross. what potting media do you use for this small guy ?

Malipoense--this is in a bark mix in a pot --the same as when I got it last year with loads of aerial roots.Others that I have (neostylis')are in baskets with hardly any mix at all as the roots just engulf the baskets that I have just sitting on a bench. After blooming I may well put this in a basket as well. They are much like vandas in this respect.
