Anyone know of a resource for getting a copy of:
Cox, A.V., Pridgeon, A.M., Albert, V.A., & Chase, M.W. (1997) Phylogeny of the slipper orchids (Cypripedioideae: Orchidaceae): nuclear rDNA ITS sequences. - Plant Systematics and Evolution, 208: 197-223.

Any help would be appreciated. The RHS has started to set up an online version of the study, but it's still in progress and I would like the full report.
