I have a complex paph which developed a floppy leaf about 4 weeks ago. It was potted in the usual CHC/charcoal/sponge rock mix. On the days that I would water it, the leaf would visibly straighten up and try to stay upright, usually listing about 15-30 degrees. On the first day after watering (D+1), the leaf would start to tilt over to about 45 degrees. On D+2, it would be about 60 degrees over. And by D+3, it was flopped over 90 degrees on it's side.
So last week I moved the plant into semi-hydro and the leaf has been upright for a week now. I am hoping the constant moisture will allow the leaf to stay straight long enough for the leaf to build stronger cells to stay upright permanently. I am also hoping that the addition of Protekt will help.

Cool story, Marcus!
One of the leaves of my Michael Koopowitz did this shortly after I repotted it (of course!)
Then one day - zoom - it just popped right up and has been fine ever since. Just getting used to the new environment I guess.

I am having fun "playing" w/ my one plant in S/H. Fun to experiment, but nicer even to hear sucess stories such as yours.

It is always nice to hear good and positive results, especially when experimenting! :clap2:
