Hello, I am writing to ask for an additional forum on slipper taxonomy, provided there is enough interest. I have recently started looking seriously at the taxonomic debacle that currently plagues the slipper world and am hoping to have a place to ask questions / vent (not necessarily in that order). Will a separate taxo forum generate enough interests for members to discuss and participate? If so, I'll be more than happy to create one.

I have a feeling that it would. It would be way over my head and I would not be able to participate. But I would definitely read the posts so I could learn. :D

I think it would, and if not it can always be deleted and the messages absorbed into some other forum. Or perhaps a trial period to see if people actually post? I can post hundreds of entries if that will do :D ...
