There are still some things blooming here late in the season. I expect frost to be here in about 2-3 weeks.

Beautiful pictures, I like the lantanas, they're so wonderful. Bugs don't like them and they bloom faithfully all summer and best of all, those hummingbirds love them. That is a nice hibiscus too, don't believe that I've seen a colour quite like it. Will you be taking it indoors soon?

I will be taking it inside soon. I also will take cuttings of the lantanas to plant outside next year. The first picture is a set of two 6ft tall topiaries that I bring inside.

Agreed. I too haven't see a hibiscus with that kind of coloration. Beautiful pictures.

The hibiscus is a cultivar called 'Mandarin Wind'.
