View Full Version : Phrag Noirmont.
Dwayne Dibbley July 19th, 2005, 01:20 PM Just bought this & it was already in flower.
It,s an Eric Young Foundation plant & i expected something special.
I,m not dissapointed.
Actual cross is Phrag mem Dick Clements"Trinity" 4n x Phrag longifolium 4n.
Leaves are over 28" long but a lot thinner than my Phrag SA.
The flowering growth & the new growths were about 6" above the medium
so i,ve repotted a lot deeper in s/h.Flower size is 4 1/2".

Wow, sounds like quite a large plant. How tall is it?
Dwayne Dibbley July 19th, 2005, 02:38 PM Leaf span is about 36" but the leaves are bit scruffy as it got bunched up in delivery.
Height of the fan is 18" or so & the spike is 42" high (it,s the fourth flower) so fairly big.
Compared to my Phrag SA it,s compact & bijou.
Paphraguy July 19th, 2005, 02:40 PM Nice one, Steve!
TADD July 19th, 2005, 04:15 PM Very nice red! Quite a large plant!
